Dazzling Red from the ‘The Color of K-Pop‘ project has released a new track for ‘SBS Gayo Daejun‘.

Dazzling Red is comprised of 4minute’s HyunA, After School’s Nana, SISTAR’s Hyorin, SECRET’s Hyosung, and KARA’s Nicole. They got together to release the track “This Person” which was produced by Brave Brothers.

All the profits from the songs will be donated to children who live in low-income families through ‘Dream Orchestra‘.

Mystic White from the ‘The Color of K-Pop‘ project has released a new track for ‘SBS Gayo Daejun‘.

Mystic White is comprised of KARA’s Jiyoung, SISTAR’s Bora, SECRET’s Sunhwa, 4minute’s Gayoon, and After School’s Lizzy. They got together to release the track “Mermaid Princess” which was produced by Kim Do Hoon.

Pledis Entertainment CEO Han Sung Soo will be getting married on December 25th.

Pledis Entertainment is home to big artists such as Son Dam Bi, After School (and its subunitOrange Caramel), NU’EST, and Hello Venus.

Even though the CEO is widely known and well connected in the industry, he will be holding a small ceremony with only his close friends and family.

CEO Han Sung Soo first debuted into the entertainment industry as a ballerino, he worked his way up to become an employee at SM Entertainment and was BoA‘s manager. He then proceeded to open his own successful company in Pledis.

No detailed information was released on Han Sung Soo’s bride to be but it was revealed that she is the daughter of famous Korean designer Park Yoon Soo and she is also studying design.

Orange Caramel’s Nana revealed her secret to taking care of her body.

In SBS E! “Seo In Young’s Star Beauty Show”, Orange Caramel came out and talked about taking care of their milk-like skin and their body lines.

Nana revealed that her secret is keeping her back straight even when she’s not on stage, and walking confidently like a model all the time.

Reina also talked about taking vitamins and other supplements to maintain her beauty, and Lizzy also talked about the secret beauty know-how that she recently started.

Actor Cha Tae Hyun and After School‘s UEE have been dubbed as the “earphone couple.”

The two stars were spotted sharing a pair of earphones on the set of the KBS2 historical drama ’Jeon Woo Chi‘. The pictures show Cha Tae Hyun and UEE watching the broadcast of ‘Jeon Woo Chi’ together despite the biting cold. They were seen laughing loudly during funny scenes, and they also didn’t forget to monitor each other’s acting.

A staff member shared, “Cha Tae Hyun and UEE are ‘laugh makers.’ The laughing never ends on days that the two are partnered together. Every day is pleasant, and we are enjoying filming, so we ask for much support and attention.”

Since their debut in Japan, Orange Caramel has been earning positive feedback from their fans.

On December 12, one of the Japan’s biggest music companies that aggregate recording data, Oricon, has released daily sales chart. Orange Caramel appeared eighth, with its second Japanese single “Lipstick / Lamu no Love Song.”

The album is composed of the track “Lipstick” which was previously released in Korea in October and “Lamu no Love Son,” the theme song of the Japanese animation Urusei Yatsura. Both numbers appear as double title track of the album. The girls are dressed as animated characters in one of the jacket images and attract public attention.

Although Lizzy has been busy shooting MBC’s drama series My Sons, the group managed to work on promotions in Japan to maintain a good communication with their fans.

Raina, Nana, and Lizzy make up the unit group Orange Caramel, and they debuted in Japan in September. Their debut album My Sweet Devil also received favorable reaction from Japanese fans and ranked 10th on the Oricon weekly chart.

After School‘s unit group Orange Caramel recently revealed how they maintained their luscious lips for their title track “Lipstick.”

As guests on SBS E!’s “Seo In Young’s Star Beauty Show,” members of Orange Carmel revealed that whenever they sang “Lipstick,” whether it was the title of the song that caused the camera to always take shots up close or not, they always had to apply a moisturizing cream or chapstick before performing on stage.

They also shared, “In order to accent the concept of ‘Lipstick,’ sometimes the members would apply gemstones or stickers on their lips in order to make them pop. However, the decorations would often get stuck in our teeth if we ate food after performances, which created for some embarrassing moments.

After sharing their experiences with performing “Lipstick,” Orange Caramel members also revealed that they would be highly interested in becoming cosmetic models for a lipstick brand and tried three poses in which they would be showcasing the product on their lips.

Orange Caramel will release digital single Feat. NU’EST on Dec 13th.

The single’s concept is ‘Cold winter where everyone can fall in love in Christmas’. This album will be a part of Happy Pledis that has been released since 2010.


Orange Caramel and NU’EST have released the teaser photo through their official site and posed with cute animal dolls, just like a fairy tale.

Agency Pledis said “This is an album with title ‘흰눈 사이로 하이힐 타고’ that was prepared because we feel thankful for the love people have sent us throughout the year. This song contains balanced beautiful melody line and soft & sweet voice” and added“Please look forward to another vibe these 2 groups will show which is different from their previous music style.”

UEE turned into a santa for UNICEF to help children all around the world.

UNICEF Korea has revealed that After School‘s UEE has been appointed the ambassador for the ‘UNICEF Santa Campaign‘. UNICEF Korea said, “UNICEF aims for a society in which people like UEE, who are healthy in both body and heart, help children in need all over the world. UEE continuously participates in community service and makes donations even though she’s busy, so her image was perfect for our campaign’s image.

UEE commented, “I received a lot of love as I worked busily as a celebrity. I wanted to give that love back somewhere, and UNICEF approached me, so I accepted happily. Everyone must be spending a busy end-of-the-year, but I hope everyone can become a santa who can give large hope to children in other countries with a small helping hand.
